I’ve been chasing my passion for writing from an early age. It’s always been my way to push any assignment to the creative limit, and that line of thinking carried my work and I well into college. Study of the humanities pushed me to take a close look at how people perceive visual language differently; something best explored with an eye both for the written word and for image composition. What draws a person’s eye is likely to stick longer, and I find that nothing benefits a website more than marketing assets that can speak for themselves, and words that color the picture.

While I’ve done copywriting for a number of different fields, much of my experience thus far has been development of blogs, copy, and marketing assets for gaming. My article contributions for Boss Rush Network can be found here. Work for Big Fish Games, a publisher of digital PC and Mac games, was more expansive, and an overview of that work can be found in the Copy & Marketing section of this website.

Originally from Florida where she graduated from University of Central Florida, Blake now lives and in the Quad Cities in Iowa.
